1. Visual Calculator (VC) can be downloaded from the website. www.visualcalculator.in
2. We shall not be responsible for Visual Calculator Software downloaded from any third party website.
3. Once the Visual Calculator is purchased, we will provide the Coupon Code required to activate the software post installation.
4. The transaction charges over and above the cost of the Coupon Code shall be applicable as determined by Razorpay (Online Payment Service Provide).
5. The Money paid towards purchase of Visual Calculator shall reach our accounts in 1-2 days. We will issue the code on receipt of money in our account. However, we can at our discretion issue the coupon code before the money is received.
6. Cognito Abacus Private Limited (CAPL) shall not be responsible for any not settled payment due any reason. The (CAPL) also shall not be responsible, if the payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
7. CAPL does not warranty the availability of online Payment System every time.
8. Visual Calculator is designed for Microsoft Windows Based Machine Only running legal operating system. CAPL under any circumstances, will not be responsible for Malfunctioning due to Pirated Software, Virsus, Malware, Trojan or Similar unwanted softwares.
Technical issue
In case of any technical issue due to which the payment gets deducted from the payer’s account and does not show in our account but the payment gateway service clearly mentions the confirmed settlement. We will issue the Coupon Code as a special Gesture within 7-10 days of date of payment.
Multiple Payments Case:
If double payment happens and the payment gateway service clearly mentions it, we will refund the payment after the money is received in our account. This should take 7-10 working days for the back payment.
Other Payments Case:
In all other cases where there is a discrepancy in the money paid, the parents can write to us on [email protected] and the case will be resolved on the basis of its merit.
