Currently, the Visual Calculator is compatible only with Windows-based PCs, laptops, and tablets. We have no plans to release it for mobile phones, as we believe that flashing numbers on a small screen could strain a child's eyes.
The Visual Calculator comes with a lifetime validity for each user.
Updates for the Visual Calculator are free for the duration of the license validity.
The Visual Calculator requires an internet connection only for activation. Once activated, it will function without an internet connection.
To transfer the Visual Calculator to a new PC, the user should uninstall it from the old machine, if possible, and install the latest version on the new PC. Re-registration is not required. The user should then raise a HELPDESK request from within the Visual Calculator to reset the PC. The license transfer will be completed within 1 working day. After the transfer is processed, the user can activate the software on the new PC using their email and registration key.
Ideally, the Visual Calculator should work seamlessly—just install and activate it without needing to register again. However, if it doesn’t work, it might be due to a change in the system ID. In this case, the user should install the latest version on the updated or formatted PC and raise a HELPDESK request from within the Visual Calculator to review the system ID. If there is a discrepancy, the license will be updated with the correct system ID within 1 working day. Once processed, the user can activate the software on the PC using their email and registration key.
There are three potential reasons for the issue:
- Incorrect Email Address: In 95% of cases, the issue is due to a typo in the email address entered while registering. Raise a request from the Help Desk, provide the correct email address and coupon code, and we will make the necessary corrections.
- Mail Server Issues: If the mail server was down at the time mail was generated, simply click on "Recover Registration Details" and we will resend the information.
- Spam Folder: The email may have been sent to your spam or junk folder. Please check there.
There are two possible reasons for this error:
- Unique Coupon Code: Each coupon code can be used only once. If it indicates that the code has already been used, it may be due to poor internet connectivity causing your registration request to be processed twice. Check your email; you should have received the registration key.
- Franchisee Issued Code: If you purchased the code from one of our franchisees, contact them as they may have issued an outdated code by mistake. They will provide a replacement. You can also raise a help desk request to verify and resolve the issue.
This error often occurs when typing the registration key, as the letters "I" and "L" can look very similar, leading to mistakes. It’s recommended to copy and paste the registration key to avoid such errors. If the issue persists, please raise a Help Desk request so we can assist in resolving it.
There are two possible reasons for this error:
- Different Machine: You might be attempting to install the Visual Calculator on a different machine than the one where it was originally registered. In this case, please purchase a new code, install the software, and register it, as each coupon is valid for only one machine.
- System Update/Format: If you have updated or formatted your system and something has changed, don’t worry. Please raise a request through the Help Desk, as we need to run a diagnosis before resolving the issue.
There are three possible reasons for the issue:
- Outdated Version: This problem often arises when trying to activate an outdated version of the Visual Calculator. We regularly update the software with new features and data safety improvements, which may cause activation issues while activating older versions. Please download and install the latest version, then attempt activation again. If the problem persists, raise a HELP DESK request.
- Pirated Windows: This issue may occur if you are using a pirated version of Windows.
- Blocking Issues: A corporate firewall, antivirus software, or lack of admin rights to install software on the PC could also be causing the problem.
